Floating Support

If a woman, for whatever reason, wishes to remain in her own home, we can still support her. In addition to advice on benefits etc, we can carry out risk assessments and go through safety planning with her.

We can also make a referral to Supporting People Floating Support services for ongoing support or, should a woman wish to make her own referral, then information can be found via the Kent County Council Supporting People, details of which are Kent Supporting People, Room 4.02 Sessions House, County Hall, Maidstone, Kent
